This Agreement governs your use of the p6x platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a p6x account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p6x ("p6x", "we", "us", "the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the p6x platform in any capacity.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the p6x Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that:
p6x reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the p6x Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 p6x reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Accounts that fail KYC verification or where the Player refuses to provide required documentation may be suspended pending investigation. p6x will handle any funds in such accounts in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
3.5 p6x accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p6x login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
4.2 You agree to notify p6x immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. p6x will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 p6x will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from p6x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 p6x employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and maintains industry-standard security infrastructure. However, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely immune to security risks and agree to take reasonable precautions on your end, including using strong unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.
5.1 p6x accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p6x reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated Account where a third-party funding source is identified.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your p6x Account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your p6x Account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). p6x does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
p6x does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable. p6x does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. p6x reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
6.3 Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.4 Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific Wagering Requirements applicable to each Bonus are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.
6.5 p6x reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, p6x will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
7.1 p6x offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 p6x reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus credited in error or obtained in breach of these Terms, including by deducting the relevant amount from the Player's Account balance.
8.1 All games available on the p6x Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
8.2 All slot games and RNG-based titles on p6x use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, p6x will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded to the Player's Account balance.
8.4 p6x reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation. The decision of p6x in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and account tier.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p6x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
9.2 p6x employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.
10.1 p6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at p6x's discretion, subject to applicable Philippine regulations.
10.3 Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
10.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting p6x support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
11.1 p6x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the Player being blocked from accessing the Platform for the chosen exclusion period.
11.3 p6x strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.

11.4 p6x reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming measures on any Account where patterns of play suggest potential harm, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or initiating a welfare check via our support team.
12.1 All content on the p6x Platform — including but not limited to the p6x brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p6x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p6x Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
12.3 Any unauthorized use of p6x intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p6x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.2 p6x's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 p6x does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p6x's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 p6x collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 p6x will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform and compliance with Philippine regulations.
14.3 p6x retains Player data for the period required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements, which may extend beyond the closure of your Account.
15.1 p6x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the p6x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at p6x.one/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to p6x's customer support team for informal resolution. p6x will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
16.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the p6x Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
